Miguel ("Miguelito") Mileo, his beautiful wife Alejandra, and his mother-in-law Barbara were the founders of the cozy restaurant. 

After leaving their native country Venezuela in 1996, and since living in several countries, (Miguel was a Hotelier for 17 long years), like Hong Kong, Colombia (Cali), Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), Honduras (Tegucigalpa) ended up here in Houston in the year 2000.

The restaurant became a reality in July 2004.
